The N95 represents all that is good about Nokia. Like other comparable phones from Nokia the visual aesthetic is fairly contemporary and would appeal to a wide range of customers. The N95 from Nokia is a sleek and stylish mobile handset. As a entry level mobile phone the N95 is very featureful (lots of bells and whistles!) compared to some of the more well known handsets within this price band.
Mobiles have become so ubiquitous that many people cannot be bothered even though they end up spending more money. Because they can so easily buy a mobile handset on the high street, or perhaps even a grocery store for a good price then often it is not worth putting in a bit more time looking for the best deals. The fact these users have overlooked is that the majority of the great offers are predominantly available online, where great savings can be achieved without leaving your desk. By using a mobile cell phone comparison site is not only the simplest but is also one of the chepest method of buying a mobile phone.
The N95 is one of the more compact handsets available. The Nokia N95 is available in, Silver, Plum, Black, Pink and Red. The N95 weighs 120 g which is pretty average for a mobile handset of its type. On to battery life the Nokia N95 has 220 hrs reserve charge and 6:30 talk time. A Standard battery, Li-Ion 950 mAh (BL-5F) battery is shipped with the Nokia N95. The display type is TFT, 16M colors. This phone is bluetooth enabled meaning it is compatible with the vast majority of mobile phone accessories such as hands free sets. The Nokia N95 supports 2G GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and 3G HSDPA 850 / 1900 - US version . The N95 has an integrated 5 MP, 2592 x 1944 pixels, Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, video(VGA 30fps), flash; secondary CIF videocall camera. A WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML compatible browser is also included allowing mobile Internet access. The N95 has Polyphonic (64 channels), Monophonic, True Tones, MP3 ring tones enabled along with a vibrating tone . There are also a number of additional features on the N95 like:
Organiser
Voice dial/memo
Built-in handsfree
Java MIDP 2.0
Built-in GPS receiver
Dual slide design
Stereo FM radio
3.5 mm audio output jack
A-GPS function
Office document viewer
TV out
Push to talk
MP3/AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/WMA player
Installed Maps application covering over 100 countries
This is now quite an old handset, but still does a great job. If you can find one, in a clearance offer you can steal yourself a great deal.

Does it make sense to put smart dust into window cleaner buckets, squirt bottles or on squeegees for distribution onto interior and exterior windows? Why would we do this you ask? Well perhaps we wish to help better acclimate the interior of the building to the perfect temperature?
Perhaps we wish to enhance indoor cell phone reception? Maybe we wish to help judge wind speed outside buildings, sample the weather or collect information on the environmental quality in the room or outside? Why windows? Why not coat the entire building with the smart dust? Indeed that is another concept worthy of thought. Embed the smart dust into the paint or building coatings.
By putting the smart dust sensors on the windows we can have a very flat surface to use as a good platform and the nodes or motes used by the smart dust to communicate can indeed work better from inside and outside thru windows. Also the smart dust can collect energy from the sun if on the interior of the windows and thus be for the most part duty free from an energy standpoint. How far is such technology away?
Well currently smart dust might actually look like dust on the window so, currently it is too big to use, but in the future this will not be the case at all. In the future the smart dust will be microscopic in nature and perfect for this application. Consider all this in 2006.

I once again find myself this week coming to the defense of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb.
If that wasn’t enough, check out this ignorant quote “In essence Donny, you are mediocre at best,” Mondesire wrote. “And trying to disguise that fact behind some concocted reasoning that African American quarterbacks who can scramble and who can run the ball are somehow lesser field generals … is more insulting off the field than on.”
This time it’s not from T.O. or Rush Limbaugh, but someone who should have McNabb’s back anyway, J. Whyatt Mondesire, who publishes a newspaper for blacks and is the president of the Philadelphia branch of the NAACP, who recently wrote that the Eagles’ star quarterback failed as a team leader and choked in the Super Bowl.
McNabb led the Eagles to the NFC Championship game for four straight years, and last season finally got the team over the and into the Super Bowl. He has proven himself time and time again, depsite all the nay-sayers. He has improved steadily over the past five years, and even though he is out for the year after ripping his groin, I consider him to be one of the top 3 signal-callers in the NFL.
Mondesire to my knowledge has never coached nor covered the game (and yes, this humble coorespondent has done both), and who is he to consider McNabb “a sellout.”
McNabb is one of the most gutsy competitiors in the NFL and deserves everyones utmost respect, especially someone who leads a branch of the NAACP, an outfit that is supposed to be “for” the advancement of blacks.” Shame on you Mr. Mondesire!
You’d figure a leader of this equal rights organization would have better things to do in the world that criticize Donovan McNabb??

A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 7 percent. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.
Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.
Different lenders charge different fees. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 10 percent. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 10 percent. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. See which lenders are charging fees 10 percent and for how much. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 4 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly.
Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 9 percent offered by competitors will change.
In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 6 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 5 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 11 percentage. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.
In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin.

One of the oldest character flaws in humans is their ability
to manipulate each other. Its insidious nature tilts our
everyday playing field toward the manipulator. The
manipulating person has a basic personality flaw that has a
direct link to control, but primarily the ever-abundant
insecurity issue.
So, how is it that we deal with these types of people to
level the perverbial playing field?
Well, for a moment, lets just consider the problematic
issues that these types of people have so as to better
understand what approach to take.
In being manipulative, one would only need to look at the
why and what, not the how, because the how is obvious.
How do they do it? They use words as their arsenal for
control.
One should understand that manipulative people are
generally control freaks who need to have the people they
attempt to control conform to their ideology. By
leveraging control over a particular situation, they satisfy
the craving to fill that void of not having personal control,
therefore obtaining it from another person.
It is quite obvious that always trying to tilt the scales for
yourself by being manipulative reflects a security problem in
yourself. It’s simple! If you do not feel secure with
yourself, than you are insecure. Ah…but to what degree
you may ask, do you have to be so insecure that you always
attempt to obtain control and security elsewhere?
Insecurities are in us all. We all feel vulnerable at times in
any given situation, but what would propel us to be so
insecure that we need to control others in our environment?
This question could be answered differently for almost
every manipulative person because what drives us to
manipulate might be extremely deep-seated in one, where in
another it is seated quite shallow.
Most people have heard in one place or another; you can
only control certain things in life, and much of the other
stuff you need to just let the chips fall where they may.
This is very true. Let’s just look at one simple example to
conceptualize. You have five one hundred dollar bills you
have alloted yourself to use in attempts to make more
money, so you head for the closest casino.
Now, blackjack is your game of choice, so let me illustrate
your possible control. You could, when the dealer asks you
to cut the cards, place the divider at the very end, thinking
this will stack the hands in your favor. You could change
tables because one dealer is what you would call bad luck.
The fact is that once you put your money down, you lose
control of the situation.
The dealer will deal you a winning or losing hand and you
simply have no control over the situation, yet you might try
to seize control by many illogical means in attempts to win.
By not attempting to control everyone else, you come to an
understanding that letting people live their lives in peace
without your controlling ways, is the healthiest way in
going about your relationships.
Others will detect a distinct difference in your personality
and certainly appreciate you, rather than resent your ill will.
This is, again, a change in approach and attitude towards
others that will need to be worked on everyday. In addition,
one should want and need to see progression everyday to
confirm the diminishing of this toxic characteristic.
Let go of your need to always control and manipulate, it
will definitely become a more harmonious existence, not
only for others, but for yourself.

How much more fundamental can you get than this? As a business, non-profit or association manager, if you don’t get your most important outside audiences on your side, you will fail.
To me, failure means key target audiences that don’t behave as you want them to. For example, capital donors or specifying sources who look the other way, customers who fail to make repeat purchases, community leaders working closely with your competitors, prospects still doing business with others, organizations looking elsewhere to propose new strategic alliances and joint ventures, and even legislators and political leaders overlooking you as a key member of the non-profit, association or business communities.
All that can change in a New York minute when you base a public relations effort on this simple premise: People act on their own perception of the facts before them, which leads to predictable behaviors about which something can be done. When we create, change or reinforce that opinion by reaching, persuading and moving-to-desired-action those people whose behaviors affect the organization, the public relations mission is accomplished.
The primary benefit of that premise to you as a business, non-profit or association manager is the kind of key stakeholder behavior change that leads directly to achieving your objectives.
And that’s very doable. Especially when you take the time to list your most important external audiences, then prioritize them according to the impacts they have on your organization.
The real key to success using this premise is actually gathering information as to how members of your key, external audience perceive your organization.
If you have the resources available and can afford professional survey help, fine. If, however, like most of us you don’t, the best alternative is for you or your colleagues to begin interacting with audience members. Ask many questions starting with, “Have you heard of us? What do you think of us, if at all? Have you ever done business with us? Why do you feel the way you do?”
Listen carefully for signs of negativity, and watch for untruths, false assumptions, inaccuracies, misconceptions or flagrant rumors.
Obviously, the data you gather from this monitoring activity form the basis of your public relations goal. For example, correct that untruth or inaccuracy, clear up that misconception, or spike that rumor.
Now here, you encounter three forks in the road.
You need a strategy to show you how to get where you need to go. But only three choices are available to you when dealing with matters of perception and opinion: create perception where there may be none, change existing perception, or reinforce it. And make certain the strategy option you choose flows naturally from your new public relations goal.
It’s writing time - hard work preparing the actual message designed to alter people’s perceptions leading, hopefully, to the behaviors you need to help achieve your objectives.
The corrective message is crucial. It must be clear about just what perception needs clarifying, and why. Your facts, of course, must be truthful, logical and believable in order to be persuasive. And the tone of the message should be compelling if it is to command attention and alter perception.
Next step is easy. Pick your “beasts of burden,” the communications tactics you will use to carry that brand new, corrective message to members of your target audience.
You have a very long list of such tactics at your disposal. The only caveat is, make sure each one shows a proven record for reaching people like those who make up your specific target audience.
Tactics range from electronic magazines (called eZines!), speeches, brochures and emails to radio/newspaper interviews, press releases, newsletters, facility tours and so many more.
Shortly, you will start to wonder if you are making any progress. And that means a second round of Q&A with members of your target audience. Same questions as before, by the way, only now your focus is on signs that their perception has been altered to reflect that described in your carefully prepared message.
You can always speed up the effort by introducing new communications tactics, and by increasing their frequencies. Also, not a bad idea to check that message of yours one more time for both factual accuracy, and for how successful it was at actually impacting opinion.
Clearly, as a business, non-profit or association manager, you benefit most when your public relations program succeeds in creating the kind of key stakeholder behavior change that leads directly to achieving your objectives.

The first thing to remember when depression hits during the Holiday Season is to remember that you are not alone. Many people encounter mood disorders during the festive season.
It is just too much. We are hit with advertising, swelling budgets for gift giving and other activitie with euphoria everywhere. It is quite unnatural to suddenly swell into a merry mood when the harsh reality of life is here as well.
Here are five ways to beat the seasonal affective disorder:
1. Breathe and stretch. Proper breathing techniques taught to you by a qualified instructor can relieve a lot of anxiety.
2. Good posture is a must. When we stand and walk straight our backs will thank us. Also our breathing improves and we are feeling pretty good about ourselves.
3. See a personal trainer to schedule a fitness program that is tuned to your body, mind and spirit. Most trainers give free consultations.
4. Give yourself time off for good behaviour. It is okay to just sit at home and chill. Try to schedule down time.
5. Make sure you schedule your shopping trips when the population will be low. Most malls open early during the season. Try shopping first thing in the morning. The sales staff will be fresh too.

The broadband market has slowed downover the years as homeowners try to resist the high cost. There have been attempts made to curb spending on current broadband, and to look for better broadband options at a lower cost. Broadband with a much faster speed will definitely be a good boost for the residential broadband market.
BT, Virgin’s bitter rival, has been making major improvements to its network. With spending of about £1.5bn, they will be able to provide 40mb to 60mb per second to its customers. Their goal is to have this up and running on time for the London Olympic, and their network could support 10m homes. For Virgin Media to compete with BT or take the lead, they must themselves make a definite and major change that will increase their broadband speed. Virgin Media plan to provide its customers 200mb per second of broadband speed by the year 2012. According to Neil Berkett, the company’s chief executive, this will make their service 40 times faster that what Briton surfers currently enjoy.
Unfortunately, Virgin Media had a total loss of 19,500 customers in three months, even though they still generated a profit. To keep pace, Virgin Mobile decided to launch its 50 mb per second broadband, leaving BT way behind. BT are expecting to have 40mb by 2012, whereas Virgin Media expects to deliver up to 200mb by that time. To make way for this Virgin Media is also slowly eliminating its analogue TV service over a 24 month period. This will definitely open the possibilities for higher capacity and increased speeds. The current trends indicate that Virgin Media is in the lead in the UK, and probably will be providing service that is faster that what is available even in Japan or Korea.

Recently I heard in an interview on the radio that Gabriel Garcia Marquez had “stopped” writing. Had he lost his “drive?”
They say that in literature, everything has already been said. The only way to differentiate is on style; in the way you express it.
In areas like business, family, article writing…, well look at all the available categories here on ezinearticles, there is still enough to write about. Even though this is not literature, style still matters.
Finding your own style is important. There is probably no standard method in achieving this. It should be your own expedition.
But to give an example you could focus on colours. Like the colours that identify a painting. Or the symbolic colours that express meaning. Take red for example. The colour of the heart, emotion and action! But one colour will never do. Your style is always more complex. So add blue, like the rational opponent. Is either of them dominating? Do you think and analyse before you write? Do you make a plan? Are you adding the last detail and have someone else read your article before you submit it?
You can also observe your biography. What have you done with your life so far? Another way is to check your most favourite author. What is his or her style? You can check the style of your organization. Do you agree with it?
Once you have found your style, it will boost your production. Why should that be?
That is, because style is like a (personal) drive… Style gives direction. It might not be totally without conflicts but the internal conflicts are balanced. Like the red and the blue. Mixed into a new colour. Part of your identity.
If you can trust on your style, you can trust that you will be able to continue writing. There is a story to tell about every detail. You can make it special.
So maybe Marquez does know what to write about, but he may have lost his drive. Is that a conflict at his age?

The marital aid market has been ever changing since it all started in the 90s. The sensual aids available get greater every year and the toys for this year are unbelievable. If you have not got into sexy toys yet then this year is a good time to give them a try. There are a myriad of benefits of using sexy toys, the sexual toys might often help to spice up a marriage, help to give gents an improved time in the bedroom and help you to release emotions. Sex Bomb have the greatest sex toys in stock!
There are an ample range of sex toys available on the market and the biggest sellers have always been rabbit vibrators. Luckily if blokes become shy about purchasing sensual aids males might now see reputable sexy toy retailers online. And the marital aids are delivered next day usually. When males are using marital aids it can help to use sex lubes to help ease sex aids in. Ladies can get sexual lubricants in all lovely flavours. My favourite is chocolate. One must forever make sure that after playing with a sensual aid that you clean it. By cleaning your marital aid you make sure you keep bacteria levels small. The great thing about martial toys is males can use them by themselves and with their boyfriend.
